OUR SESSIONS

We take pride in our trainers' ability to adjust our workouts to meet the diverse needs of our members. Our workouts are designed to cater to all fitness levels, body types, health or injury concerns. Our gym community is known for its friendly and supportive environment, which creates a positive atmosphere that encourages our members to step out of their comfort zones and strive towards becoming more athletic.

We always warm up before our workouts to gradually increase blood flow, improve muscle flexibility, and optimize overall performance while reducing the risk of injury.

On Mondays, our training regimen focuses on the bench press and upper body exercises to build strength and enhance muscular development in the upper torso.

On Wednesdays, we have "We DIE Wednesday" sessions, combining cardio and high-intensity intervals to boost endurance, burn calories, and maintain a well-rounded fitness routine, while creating a fun and inclusive environment with a personalised pace for everyone to enjoy the workout.

Our EMOM (Every 2 Minutes On the Minute) workouts consist of short, intense intervals designed to enhance strength and target specific areas of the body, allowing us to improve our overall fitness and concentration.
