  • How are progress and results tracked at a Double Down Fitness?

We have implemented a systematic approach that allows us to monitor your growth and celebrate your achievements along the way. Our training programs are structured in 4-week blocks, focusing on increasing both strength and skill sets. Each block is thoughtfully designed to challenge and push your limits, helping you develop a solid foundation and improve your overall performance. We track your progress throughout these blocks, providing valuable insights into your development and highlighting areas where you excel. As we approach Testing Week, the culmination of each training block, we shift our focus towards measuring your strength gains. This is the time where we invite you to test your 1 rep max (1RM) in key lifts such as squat, bench press, and deadlift. This process serves as a benchmark to assess your progress and provides valuable data to adjust and refine your future training programs. If you don't want to test and would prefer to measure your cardio fitness, we also structure our programs around our metabolic conditioning sessions. But tracking results at Double Down Fitness goes beyond numbers on a barbell. We also take into account your overall skill set improvements, such as technique, mobility, and endurance. Our experienced trainers provide feedback and guidance throughout your journey, ensuring that you continually improve and reach new heights.
