OUR MISSION

At DDF, our primary objective is to provide our members with enjoyable and effective strength and conditioning training that they will come to love and make a consistent part of their routine.

SESSION SCHEDULE

THE PROGRAM

We offer daily coach-led workout sessions from Monday to Saturday with varying activities and exercises.

 

Our program follows 4-week blocks, allowing us to progressively increase weights and progressively overload, helping our members to achieve their personal bests.

 

Our schedule is designed so that Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are focused on your main lifts such as bench press, squat, and deadlifts, while Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays are focused on cardiovascular exercises.

 

We strive to keep our workouts fresh and exciting, so you can expect something different each day.

6FIT SQUAD

Welcome to 6FIT Squad! Get ready to join our thrilling Double Down Fitness challenge, exclusively for our DDF members.

We'll divide into teams and battle it out to claim the ultimate 6FIT Squad Championship. This exciting showdown spans six weeks of non-stop action. But here's the best part: it's not about loosing weight, (like every typical gym challenge.) It's about creating good habits that will create future discipline, falling in love with the process, focusing on attendance, moving and stretching to reach your desired results. United team, we'll conquer them together. Brace yourself for an incredible journey where you'll forge new friendships, conquer new milestones, and push your limits to new heights.
